Delivering 5 Star Customer Service Experience Training

The training sessions were held at MATTA Academy, Desa Pandan with about 100 agents in attendance for all the three sessions. The training focused on front-liners and in-house trainers in travel and tour companies.

Mr Vikneswaran, a certified HRDF Trainer facilitated the training, with presentations on key areas of expertise including Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence and Sales and Customer Service using interactive methods. The methodology included individual and group activities, feedback sessions, discussions, demonstration, role plays and business games.
