Travel and Tours Enhancement Course (TTEC) for Penang has been held on 16 May 2019 at Bayview Hotel Georgetown, Penang.
The TTEC is a requirement for travel agencies in order to renew their business operating license (KPL/KPK) with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
MATTA Members had the opportunity to shared knowledge with the representatives from Tourism Malaysia as well as Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) on Malaysia Tourism Transformation Plan (MTTP) and licensing.
Attended by 33 MATTA Members, the course also focused on, travel business law, tourists’ safety and security as well as MATTA best practices in tourism industry.
