MATTA Kedah/Perlis Chapter held a B2B Session and familiarisation trip for Singapore Travel Agents to Langkawi, Kedah from 11 – 14 November 2019. The FAM trip was one of the initiatives organised by MATTA to create more business opportunities, including building members' engagement with other industry players for better working environment.
The FAM trip was filled with hotel inspections and Business to Business (B2B) Networking Session between MATTA Kedah/Perlis members and Singapore Travel Agents. There were about 77 participants which include Singapore travel agents, local tour operators and hoteliers.
Part of the itinerary included tours to Wild Life Park, Crocodile Adventure land and Mangrove at KLIM. Participants were also brought to experience sunset cruise.
MATTA thanked Malaysian Association of Hotels for putting weigh by co-sponsoring the participants and accommodation arrangements for this FAM Trip.
