Training: Customer Service Excellence in Travel Trade

MATTA organised a training on “Customer Service Excellence in Travel Trade” on 25 April 2019 at MATTA Sabah Chapter Office.

The objective the training was to enhance Members’ interpersonal communication skills and courtesy as these are the fundamental in delivering excellent customer service. Attended by 16 participants, this one-day training was also focused the importance of effective communication and listening skills.
