The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) had organised “Covid-19 Bread and Butter Series #1: Protecting the Tourism Workforce” online forum in collaboration with Star Media Group on 21 April 2020.
The Online Forum was aimed at providing insights on how the Covid-19 pandemic is impacting the tourism workforce alongside with measures the industry can take to retain manpower and utilise talent during the crisis as well as post Covid-19 situations.
