Kindly be informed that MATTA is waiting from the national airlines (after a meeting held recently) to revert back on the extension of refund due to flight cancellations caused by the outbreak of the Coronavirus situation.
The meeting covered the following:

Air Asia Berhad ONLY allow to change the travelling date within year 2020 for GROUP BOOKING to China destination departing from 16 Feb 2020 to 31 Mar 2020, and AirAsia shall assist to waive flight change fee. Fare difference might still apply. Please ensure that the bookings are originally created by groupdesk and Members can follow the latest update on newsroom.airasia.com.

Malindo Air allow either to change the travelling date to the same destination or to refund the ticket with 6 months validity and only for ticket issued before 24 January 2020 with no service fees and it's ONLY applicable for all China routes except Hong Kong.

Malaysia Airlines allow either to change the travelling date to the same destination with waiver of service fees or to refund the air ticket. Applicable for China routes only.
