FINAL NOTICE : SELANGOR CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 22ND SELANGOR CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held on MONDAY, 30TH MARCH 2020, 1430 HOURS at GENO HOTEL SHAH ALAM, JALAN SUBANG MAS, TAMAN SUBANG MAS, 47620 SUBANG JAYA, SELANGOR.

AGENDA

1.     To consider and approve the Minutes of the 21st Chapter Annual General Meeting held on 28th March, 2019 and Extraordinary General Meeting 18th June 2019.
    
2.     To consider and accept the Annual Report 2019.
    
3.     To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts and the Statement of Receipts and Payments of MATTA for the year ended 31st December 2019.
    
4.     To consider and approve the Annual Budget for 2021.
    
5.     To consider motions submitted by any Chapter Members or the Chapter Committee under Clause 15, item 1.6, if any.

1.     PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE REGISTRATION OF DELEGATES STARTS AT 1.30PM AND CLOSES AT 2.30PM SHARP.
    
2.     ONLY MEMBERS THAT HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE ASSOCIATION’S MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION EXERCISE CAN ATTEND THE AGM.
    
3.     ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THEIR ORIGINAL MALAYSIAN IDENTITY CARD (PASSPORT FOR NON-MALAYSIAN) OR CURRENT ORIGINAL VALID MALAYSIAN DRIVING LICENSE WITH PHOTO & IDENTITY CARD NUMBER.
    
4.     ONLY THE REGISTERED NAME OF THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE AS PER IN THE IDENTITY CARD OF EVERY MEMBER COMPANY CAN ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.  NO OTHER REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ACCORDED ATTENDANCE AND VOTING RIGHTS AT THE AGM.
    
5.     MEMBERS WITHOUT A VALID KPL LICENSE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE AGM.
    
6.     IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A MEMBER TO ENSURE THAT THE COMPANY KPL LICENSE IS VALID.  ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST ANY MEMBER WHO FAILS TO NOTIFY MATTA IF THE MEMBER’S KPL LICENSE HAS EXPIRED.
