Travel & Tour Enhancement Course is a requirement for travel agencies renewing their business operating license (KPL/KPK) with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC).
The TTEC certificate is valid for 5 years, effective 2020. You are advised to check your certificate validity before register.

8.45 am to 9.00 am : Login and Registration
9.00 am to 5.00 pm : Training Course

Unit 1 : Strengthen The Inclusiveness Of Governance And Compliance Capacity
11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Unit 2 : Addressing Legal Concerns & Considerations
2:00 pm - 03:30 pm
Unit 3 : Preparing For Future Shocks
04:00 pm - 05:00 pm
Unit 4 : Best Business Practices And Digitalisation

Payment of RM350.00 to be made by online transfer payable to MATTA ACADEMY SDN BHD.
Please take note that all members are required to attend the TTEC course at least three (3) months before the expiry date of their business operating license (KPL/KPK) to avoid any penalties, as the certificate issuance process by MOTAC takes a minimum of three (3) weeks after the course is completed.
