MATTA Pahang Chapter and the Organising Committee are pleased to bring you the MATTA Fair Pahang 2024 which will be held from 19 - 21 July 2024 at Kuantan City Mall Main Concourse, Kuantan Pahang.
Please be informed and to take note of the following registration system:
1. The MATTA Fair registration will start from Friday, 17 May 2024, 10.00 am until all booths are subscribed. Registration shall be made through the official Registration Form via online.
2. Upon registration, MATTA Pahang office will issue an invoice of the total cost involved to your company for payment for your participation in the MATTA FAIR PAHANG 2024.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or shorten the MATTA FAIR PAHANG 2024 in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the Organizer.
4. If the Fair is canceled, then all payments made shall be refunded. No other claims or compensation will be entertained.
5. All exhibitors are requested to read and understand the Rules & Regulations of the MATTA FAIR PAHANG 2024, 19 - 21 July 2024 as enclosed.
6. All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia (MOTAC). The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA FAIR PAHANG 2024. For MATTA members, please submit a copy of your MATTA Membership Certificate as well.
7. Exhibitors shall be provided with Three (3) Exhibitor Badges per booth, FREE of charge. Additional Badges can be purchased from the Organizer at RM10.00 per badge prior to the Fair.
