INTRODUCTION
Every industry is continually changing and our travel industry is no different. All these market changes are adversely impacting our business performance and making it more difficult to survive.

It is becoming more critical for all business managers, not just the directors and owners, to better manage their profits and growth and also to identify and manage the key business risks affecting their business in order to ensure their business survival.

In line with this objective, we are coming up with a series of courses under the title “A Manager’s Guide to Travel” designed to help the business managers, directors and owners tackle the market challenges.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
This course “A Practical Approach to Financial Accounting” is the first under this Manager’s Guide to Travel series and is designed to help the participants understand their business in a language expressed in numbers.
