Kindly be informed that MATTA Selangor Chapter is organising the MATTA Travel Exchange (MTEX) Roadshow to Indonesia covering the cities of Jogjakarta and Surabaya on 13 - 15 December 2022. This event is intended to provide a platform for our members and product owners to create a network and strategic alliance in promoting their products/services as well as to cultivate business opportunities with their counterparts in Indonesia.
As such, we would like to invite MATTA members, theme park operators and tourism product owners and hoteliers who are focusing on Indonesian market to participate in this MTEX.
Participation Fees (per company):
Cities covered : Jogjakarta & Surabaya
Date : 13 - 15 December 2022
MATTA Member : RM 2500
Non MATTA Member: RM 3000
The participation fee is for the 2 Sessions of MTEX Event in Jogjakarta and Surabaya
INCLUDING:
i) 5 days 4 nights twin sharing room
ii) Airport transfer (two way transportation hotel and airport)
iii) Train ticket from Jogjakarta to Surabaya
NOT INCLUDED in the participation fees:
i) Airfare 2 way travelling (International & Domestics)
ii) Travel insurance
iii) COVID-19 Test
Preliminary Program:
13 December (Tue): MTEX Event @ The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention
15 December (Thurs): MTEX Event @ HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya
Each participating company is limited to register a maximum of two (2) representatives only. The representative must be from the same company that have registered to participate and Indonesian based representative allowed to attend the MTEX Event however is limited to one (1) representative only.
Please note that registration will be accepted on first come first served basis and by signing the registration form, each applicant agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated by committees. The participants were limited to join this MTEX.
