The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA FAIR® 22-24 MARCH 2024 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. This will be the 54th edition of MATTA FAIR® to be held in Kuala Lumpur with more than 1,700 booths available.
Please be informed and to take note of the following registration system:
1. ONLINE REGISTRATION only.
2. Registration of exhibitors on the registration day will be by the sequence of the registration number generated once online registration is completed by the company/organization.
3. The MATTA FAIR online registration has started on Monday, 4 December 2023 until all booths are subscribed. Although exhibitors have registered, exhibiting companies are reminded that booths are subject to availability and NOT guaranteed.
4. No exhibitors are allowed to form a Consortium booths of several agents / members together under a ‘common branding’ for the purpose of booth management/ balloting in the MATTA Fair. Kindly read the Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair®, especially under Clause 11, page 16.
5. Please be advised that LEVEL 1 has ONE ENTRANCE AND ONE EXIT ONLY, while LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 ENTRANCE AND EXIT WILL BE AT ALL DOORS. Visitors’ movement are on free flow basis i.e. FREE TO ENTER ANY LEVEL of their choice.
6. Upon confirmation, our office will issue an invoice to your company.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or shorten the MATTA FAIR® in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
8. If the Fair is cancelled, all payments shall be refunded subject to administration fee. No other claims or compensation will be entertained.

Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair®.
All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's current valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia. The license validity must cover through the period of 22-24 March 2024.

CATEGORY A, B AND C EXHIBITORS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
CATEGORY A
Travel Agencies which are MATTA's ACTIVE MEMBER only, as defined in the MATTA Constitution.
CATEGORY B
Non-MATTA members, State Tourism Organization (STO), National Tourism Organizations (NTO), Hotels, Cruise, Airlines, Theme Parks, and Attractions.
CATEGORY C
Any other company that does not fall into category A & B.
• Each exhibitor is entitled for five (5) Exhibitor Badges per booth on complimentary basis. A maximum of additional three (3) Badges can be purchased for each booth from the Organiser at RM10.00 per badge before the Fair.
• The OFFICIAL REGISTERED ORGANIZATION NAME must be minimum 21 cm (8 inches) in size and prominently displayed at all times at all sides of booths/open space during the duration of the Fair.
• EXHIBITORS SELLING TICKETS must provide enough space for customers to queue up within their booth/space area without blocking the passageway, and the neighbouring booth.
• All booths MUST BE carpeted.
• No sale of any kind of outside food and beverages.
