Kindly be informed that MATTA Umrah & Hajj Committee is organising a series of Enhancement programme for Bumiputera Agents & Cross border payment workshop.
This programme is to enhance Bumiputera agents especially those involved in Umrah business. The objective is to improve and refine the new challenge in the business and upgrade the skills of marketing in digitising.
Programme as follows:
Products abroad - How to create a package
Responsibility for Mutawif/Mutawiffah and Tour Leader
Product Marketing - Using social site and website and after sales services
How to handle customer feedback
Cross Border Payment Workshop
This programme is to give an option to MATTA Members and introduce an alternative for transfer money to Saudi Arabia.
With these services, Umrah & Hajj members can also have other ways on how to save costs significantly with added convenience through the digital solution which transfer process done completely digitally via online banking and no need physically walk into a bank branch to submit the forms for Saudi Riyal (SAR) payments to the suppliers in Saudi Arabia.
Umrah & Hajj members will also be able to learn how currency exchange should be - to make things convenient, cost-efficient, and secure.
