Kindly be informed that MATTA Outbound together with Indochina Unique Tourist Co. Ltd in cooperation with Da Nang Tourism, Quang Nam Tourism and Hue Tourism is organising the Familiarisation (FAM) Trip to Central Vietnam for 4 Days 3 Nights from 5 December -  8 December 2022.

The objective of the FAM Trip is to provide travel intermediaries with first-hand experience so that the values and advantages experiences through the MATTA FAM Trip could be shared to further enlighten potential visitors as to what the tourist destination.

Besides that, MATTA members will be able to do the inspection and experience the new updates and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in Vietnam in order to gain the confidence in promoting outbound travel to Vietnam.

During the FAM trip MATTA members also can bound to exchange some business cards and build some amazing contacts not only industry suppliers but fellow travel agents as well.

This upcoming 4 Days 3 Nights trip will cost RM1600.00 per person/twin sharing inclusive of:

  1. Return airfare ticket inclusive of tax
  2. Hotel Accommodation
  3. Meals

Travel insurance excluded and tips is at own cost.

Due to limited seats, this FAM trip is open to 16 Travel Agents / Tour Operators with an Outbound license only on a ‘first come first serve basis’ and the seat is limited to one (1) participant per company with an Outbound license only.

Kindly be informed that all the submission are subject to the approval from the sponsored party and the successful candidate will be notified by email.

In the event if the booking is being rejected the payment will be fully refunded.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The company authorised and approval letter signed by the Top Management.
  • Forward one of the sample itineraries for such destination.
  • Present any of the current or previous advertisement for such destination or related strength.
  • Company profile with not less than 2 pages.
  • Must be a MATTA member.
