Kindly be informed that MATTA is organising a MATTA Engagement Session with IATA and Air Arabia.
The purpose of the event is to update members more information on the new products and services by IATA especially on IATA Accreditation and IATA Easy Pay facility as well product updates from Air Arabia.
IATA Accreditation
Full accreditation authorizes travel agents to sell international and/or domestic tickets on behalf of BSP airlines. It also allows access to IATA’s Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), an efficient interface for invoicing and payment between the agent, airlines and transport providers. IATA’s travel agent accreditation program significantly simplifies the business relationship between travel agents and airlines in conformity with the Passenger Sales Agency Rules. Agents can choose between GoLite, GoStandard and GoGlobal to become an accredited IATA Agent.
IATA EasyPay
IATA EasyPay (IEP), a pay-as-you-go payment solution, is already live in BSP Malaysia for quite some time and available to all accredited agents. IATA EasyPay is being introduced to provide Agents with increased flexibility in the BSP, offering benefits such as:
-
An option to lower Financial Security amounts lodged with IATA
-
Access to new accreditation models under NewGen ISS
-
Business continuity to sell safely beyond your Remittance Holding Capacity
Besides that, members will be updated on the routes for Air Arabia.
