Kindly be informed that MATTA in collaboration with the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) are organizing the Health Facilitator Training program for MATTA Members. The primary objective of this program is to ensure that the participants are equipped with the essential knowledge, skills, and tools to service the rapidly-growing demand for healthcare tourism products.
The Health Facilitator Training Program aims to address gaps in supports services present in the health travel ecosystem. This structured capacity building effort with patient-centric focused aims to create a category of players from tourism and hospitality including healthcare related sector in driving this industry to achieve the goal as the preferred destination for medical services.
Having a medical tourism facilitator certification also demonstrates travel agents dedication to professional learning and provides a strong impression on potential clientele, at the same time will improve your business by adding another revenue stream, increasing market value, broadening your awareness, and keeping you ahead of the competition
