The committee members of MATTA Perak Chapter had organised FAM Trip to Chiangmai and Chiangrai on 23 October to 27 October 2017. The trip aimed to provide a platform for Members to promote new destinations in Chiangmai and Chiangrai including creating business relationships with leading tour & travel agents and hotels operators especially in Northern Thailand.
A Familiarisation Trip (FAM) is one of MATTA initiatives organised for Members to create more business opportunities, including building Members engagement for better working environment.
MATTA Perak Chapter Committee together with the Thailand Tourists Agent Agency (TTAA) and media members had the opportunity to update on new tourist attractions and hotels products in the region including discussion for future potential collabration with MATTA.
Tourist attractions in Chiangmai and Chiangrai such as White Temple in Chiangrai (Rong Khun Temple), Maetaeng Elephant Park, Pongyang Jungle Coaster, Maetaeng Hill Tribe Village, Chiangmai, Blue Temple Chiangmai (Rong Suea Ten), Singha Park (Chiangrai) and also Elephant Poopoopaper Park, will soon be promoted by Members and tour & travel companies in Perak.
