The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) had organised a briefing session entitled “Online Payment Solution and WiFi Media Marketplace” on 24th January 2019 at the MATTA Sarawak Chapter Secretariat Office.
Attended by over 20 participants, the objective of the programme was to facilitate members with current technology facilities available in the Market. The advent of technology is fostering a change in the travel and tourism industry regarding how companies interact with customers. Consequently, travel companies are adopting various technologies to improve operational efficiencies and meet customer’s expectations. The session also shed light on how currency exchange should be – to make things convenient, cost-efficient and secure.
