MATTA CNY DINNER....The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Sabah Chapter hosted a Chinese New Year dinner for its members and local travel operators at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu on Saturday.
The fun-filled programme which included lion dance, lucky draw and karaoke sessions was also attended briefly by Deputy Chief MInister cum Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew. The event which provided an opportunity for the industry players and tourism authorities to foster closer cooperation was attended by State's Tourism Ministry permenant secretary William Baya, MATTA president Datuk Tan Kok Liang, MATTA (Sabah) chairman Lawrence Chin, Deputy Consul General of China in Kota Kinabalu Zhang He.
