NOTICE  IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  that  the  28TH   ANNUAL  GENERAL  MEETING  of  MATTA PERAK  CHAPTER  will  be  held  on  23  MARCH  2019,  1100  HOURS  at  MATTA  PERAK CHAPTER  SECRETARIAT  OFFICE,  NO.  56,  MEDAN ISTANA  1,  BANDAR  IPOH  RAYA, 30000 IPOH PERAK.

AGENDA

1. Address by the President of MATTA.
    
2. To consider and approve the Minutes of the 27th  Chapter Annual General Meeting held on 24 March, 2018.
    
3. To consider and accept the Annual Report 2018.
    
4. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts and the Statement of Receipts and Payments of MATTA for the year ended 31st  December 2018.
    
5. To consider and approve the Annual Budget for 2020.
    
6. To elect members of the Chapter Committee for the term – 2019 / 2021.
    
7. To consider motions submitted by any Chapter Members or the Chapter Committee under Clause 15, Item 1.6, if any.
