The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organising the MATTA FAIR® Penang 5 - 7 April 2019 at Setia SPICE Arena, Penang.
Please also be informed starting from this Fair, we will be expanding the space area for booths. We will be taking Concourse area as well besides the Arena area at Setia SPICE Arena Penang. Total of 300 booths space is available.
Registration opens on Wednesday, 5 December 2018 at 10:00am. Please download the Registration Form as per attached below and with full payment to be sent to the following:

Copy of KPL/KPK License
All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia during the registration through to the period of the MATTA Fair® Penang April 2019. Failure to do so will result in your registration form not being accepted. The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA Fair® Penang April 2019.
Kindly pay special attention to the following salient Rules & Regulations, for your attention:-

Exhibitors can take 1 location only i.e. either in Arena or Concourse Area.

The OFFICIAL REGISTERED NAME with MATTA Fair® must be at a minimum size of 8 inches and prominently displayed at all times at all corners and all booth sides.

Exhibitors wishing to use hanging banner in the Arena must get the approval from the Organizer and the Venue management. Charges will be imposed accordingly.

Exhibitors without a valid Outbound License must not sell Outbound tour packages.

Party helium balloons are not allowed in the Arena and Concourse Area.

EXHIBITORS SELLING AIR TICKETS and/or THEME PARKS ENTRANCE TICKETS must provide enough space for customers to queue within their booth/space area without blocking the passageway.

All booths in the Concourse or Arena area MUST BE carpeted.

No sale of any kind of food and beverages. Please note that Outside Food are not allowed to be brought in the Venue.
