On 6th December 2016, there were two briefing sessions held at PWTC for members.
In the morning, it was a briefing session by Chairman of the Consumer Claims Tribunal Malaysia, Pn Wan Rufaidah Dato’ Haji Wan Omar on “Protect your travel business – Know Your Rights”. 110 members attended the session. Deputy President, Rohizam Md Yusof delivered the opening remarks and later moderated the Q & A session.
65 members attended the afternoon session by MAVCOM Director of Aviation, Germal Singh Khera and Director of Consumer Affairs, Pushpalatha Subramaniam on ‘Introduction to MAVCOM and the Consumer Protection Code”. Vice-President Air Transportation Zarinah Hashim delivered the opening remarks.
