NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 24TH KELANTAN CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held on SUNDAY, 25TH MARCH 2018, 0900 HOURS at HOTEL PERDANA, JALAN MAHMOOD, 15200 KOTA BHARU, KELANTAN.
AGENDA
1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the 23rd Chapter Annual General Meeting held on 5th March, 2017.
2. To consider and accept the Annual Report 2017.
3. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts and the Statement of Receipts and Payments of MATTA for the year ended 31st December 2017.
4. To consider and approve the Annual Budget for 2019.
5. To consider motions submitted by any Chapter Members or the Chapter Committee under Clause 15, Item 1.6, if any.
